Pewsey Carnival, Wiltshire’s oldest and biggest illuminated carnival procession, takes place on Saturday (September 19) from 7.30pm.
Dozens of floats will brightly and noisily wend their way through the centre of the village in a procession that takes around an hour to pass, nose to tail.
Expect topical floats, familiar themes, puns a-plenty, delightful children’s costumes, and risqué adult attire.
