Tune in to Marlborough St Mary's on Thursday, 30 November, Live on BBC Wiltshire
Graham Seaman, BBC Wiltshire's lunchtime (12-2pm) host is popping back to school for a few lessons on Thursday this week (30 November).
Between mid-day and 2pm, his normal lunchtime slot he won't be broadcasting from BBC Wiltshire studios in Swindon, but taking a step up to present his programme from the studios of Wiltshire's newest radio station - at Marlborough St Mary's Primary School.
"I'm looking forward to talking about St Mary's School Radio and meeting the next generation of potential broadcasters. The children's enthusiasm for their own radio service is inspirational and they'll learn a lot from it, and about themselves. I'm hoping I might pick up a few tips from them, who knows?!" said Graham.
Opened in September this year Marlborough St Mary's is aiming to do a lot iof things quite differently, one of which is teaching children about radion and producing programmes for all to listen to. Not normally broadcast over the airwaves, unlike this Thursday's programme, but via Podcasts which can be downloaded either by clicking the button on the left, or by clicking the same button the 'home' page of marlborough.news.
