Owner, Alanna Wheeler, previously ran China Rose in Pewsey with her mother and is now branching out on her own.

Alanna, who has always lived in the Pewsey Vale and trained at Lackham College, is excited about her new venture. The shop is open every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  On Saturdays it is open by appointment only - but deliveries and collections are still available.

Customers can find Alanna at Marlborough market on Wednesdays.  And she will also take orders on the phone and there is no charge for delivery in central Marlborough.

Alanna told Marlborough.news: “As an independent florist I have the freedom to stock my own choice of seasonal blooms. I love creating colourful bouquets and arrangements for all kinds of special occasions including weddings and anniversaries."

"I have also worked with Diane Mackinder Funeral Directors for many years and I can produce a range of sensitive funeral flowers from a simple bouquet to a large coffin tribute.”

In the weeks before Christmas Alanna is running several Christmas wreath and Christmas table arrangement workshops. The workshops will take place in the Wagon Yard shop.

Places on the workshops can be booked by 'phone: 01672 289511 or 07427 320819.   More details can be found on Facebook – Flowers by Alanna Marie.
