Manton Pre School given ‘Community Matters’ award by Marlborough’s shoppers

The funds will go towards improving the home corner and toy kitchen area, new aprons for the children to bake in and new safety mats, so they can play without slipping.

Manton Pre-School operates from the Manton Village Hall. Probably one of the longest-serving Pre-Schools, now in it’s forty-forth year having started in 1973.

It takes twenty children up to four days a week, open Monday to Thursday with two ‘long’ and two ‘short’ days each week.

"We would all like to thank Marlborough's shoppers who dropped their green tokens through the Manton Pre School slot in the 'Community Matters' box, every contribution helps enormously" said Committee Member and parent Amy Nelson.
