Marlborough’s annual Feast of Food was established 21 years ago by member of the Marlborough Cancer Research group, Anne Deuchar, with a small group of volunteers.
The initial event was a small affair but over the last two decades the festival has grown in popularity and this year looks to be the biggest and best yet.
Still entirely organised and run by volunteers, the 2018 Feast of Food will see over 65 stalls with a wide array of artisan food, wines, cakes and pastries, and luxury gift stalls. And there’s an all-day Café.
Held in the Norwood Hall at Marlborough College, The Feast of Food is a popular and established event in the Marlborough calendar. It will be open from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
The Feast of Food is still held in aid of Cancer Research UK with 100 per cent of profits donated directly to the charity to fund vital research. Over the past 20 years, the Marlborough Cancer Group have raised over £850,000 and are aiming to raise more with the help of those who come and shop.
