Wiltshire Police are seeking witnesses to a burglary last month in East Grafton.
They received a report of the break-in on Thursday, 12 September 2019. Someone had entered a house in the village and stolen a quantity of jewellery.
The stolen items include a Baume et Mercier man’s watch, gold cufflinks engraved with the initials CRB, and a pair of Marylebone Cricket Club cufflinks in red/yellow.
PC Mike Benson said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to come forward who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the village around this time.”
“Do you remember seeing or hearing anything out of the ordinary possibly a day or two before in what is a quiet area?”
“This burglary may have happened before 12 September. Some of the items stolen are very distinctive with engravings – if you come across such items, perhaps online, please contact us too.”
