Winter Wonderland Christmas Fair and Grotto at Chilton Foliat School

Chilton Foliat Primary School will be getting into the festive spirit by hosting a Christmas Fair and Grotto on Friday 6 December from 3.15pm to 5.30pm.

Organised by The Friends of Chilton Foliat Primary School to help raise funds for the school, the event will feature:  a Santa’s grotto, stalls selling Christmas gifts, the opportunity to learn the harp, a cake sale, face painting and festive nail painting.

Mulled wine and refreshments will also be available and a Christmas raffle will be drawn on the day.  Top prizes include:  £50 in cash sponsored by Peter Stirland Ltd, afternoon tea for two at Warner Leisure Littlecote House Hotel, coffee and cake for two at Goodies Cafe in Lambourn, a handmade piped cushion from Summerbourne Stitching and a pony ride at Little Hidden Farm, Hungerford.  The raffle is kindly sponsored by Humane Pest Control Solutions.

“The Christmas Fair and Grotto will provide festive fun for all the family while raising funds to help improve our children’s learning environment,”  commented Katie Turner, headteacher at Chilton Foliat Primary School.  “The school community is really looking forward to the event.”
