Overland to Gunjur in the Gambian Disco Express to raise funds for Brandt Group

Robin Twelftree and Giles Golding have set off in Giles’s vintage Mercedes to drive the 4000 miles from London to Gunjur in The Gambia. They hope to raise at least £3000 for Marlborough Brandt Group through sponsorship, the auction of the Mercedes and donated musical instruments.

Wiltshire's NHS: the new chairman of the Clinical Commissioning Group looks ahead

The Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) - which holds the budget for the great majority of Wiltshire health services - is itself changing and also facing changes within the wider NHS organisation.

The Marlborough Brandt Lecture: can lessening global poverty continue in the face of conflict, climate change & in-built inequality?

The Royal Merchant Navy Education Foundation (RMNEF) is celebrating 190 years with a special exhibition at Berkshire Records Office, Reading.  The charity, based in Hungerford offers a range of educational support to children of people who have served – or are serving – at sea in the Merchant Navy, the Fishing Fleet or the RNLI.
