It has been confirmed that Wiltshire Council has sold the Grade II listed St Peter’s School building and grounds to a local developer.
Bids had to be submitted by 27 March 2019. Before they put the iconic school building on the market, Wiltshire Council had put forward indicative plans for the building to be turned into between 18 and 21 residential units.
The building and grounds have been bought by a Marlborough-based developer. It will not be clear who this is until the purchase is lodged with the Land Registry or a planning application is submitted.
