There will be just four candidates on the ballot papers for the Devizes constituency in next month’s General Election:
Conservative: Danny Kruger
Green: Emma Dawnay
Labour: Rachael Katharine Schneider (known also as Rachael Ross)
Liberal Democrat: Jo Waltham
In the 2017 General Election candidates for UKIP and the Wessex Regionalists were on the ballot papers for the Devizes constituency – in addition to those for the Conservative, Green, Labour and Liberal Democrat parties.
Across Wiltshire, next month’s General Election will see candidates for Conservative, Green Party, Labour and Liberal Democrat standing in each of the county’s five constituencies.
Salisbury’s voters will be the only ones in Wiltshire to have the choice of a candidate who is not representing those four parties. King Arthur Pendragon is standing there as an Independent.
The last time to register to vote is midnight on November 26. The deadline to register for a postal vote is 5pm on November 26. The deadline to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf is 5pm on December 4.
The full list of Wiltshire candidates – and other election information – can be found on the Wilthsire Council website.
